•     Custom-Made Art Disclaimer: All items are handcrafted, custom-made art pieces. As a result, small blemishes, variations, or imperfections are natural and part of the artistic process. These do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return.
•     Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives with major damage or defects beyond normal artistic variation, you may request a return or replacement within the 14‑day window.
•     Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
•     Custom Returns: Because each piece is unique, returns will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and the artist.
•     Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
•     Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
